At Montverde, Coach Rivera has helped over 30 players achieve college scholarships. He had the pleasure of coaching a very successful group of players including Francisco Lindor First Round in the MLB Draft 2011, MLB player and All-Star with the Cleveland Indians, Alexis Rivera, Angel Alicea and Gabriel Garcia MLB draft picks.

Victor Rivera is now entering his 9th year at Montverde Academy as a Physical Education instructor in the Lower and Middle School Divisions.  He was an Assistant Baseball Coach since 2009 and in  2016-2017 he had the opportunity to be the Montverde Academy Head Baseball Coach. Baseball opened many doors for Victor as a player and coach. Now he is pursuing his dream of providing a secure program where players can develop the skills needed to perform at a high level.
